トキをみよ

トキをみるには
あらゆる雑念を祓わねばならぬ

己のトキは、人々のトキの中にあり

人々のトキは、自然の中にあり

自然のトキは、地球の中にある

地球のトキは、宇宙の中にあり

全てが重なり合って成り立っている

己の小さきトキを感じ、
小さなトキの流れをみよ

何事も、この小さきトキが
重なり合って少しずつ大きくなり、
やがて大きな宇宙と繋がることをみよ

すると大きなトキを感じ、
大きなトキの流れが見え
己の存在の尊さと
大いなる存在の尊さが重なり合い
溶け合って一つとなる

トキを感じ
トキをみて

全ての営みに感謝せよ

To see the time
You must get rid of all unnecessary thoughts

My time is within the time of others

People’s time is in nature

Natural time is within the earth

Earth’s time is in the universe, and everything overlaps.

Feel your own small time and see the flow of small time.

As with anything, these small times overlap and gradually become bigger,
See how you will eventually be connected to the big universe

Then, you feel a big time, you see a big flow of time, and the preciousness of your own existence and the preciousness of a great existence overlap and merge and become one.
