物事をどのようにみているのか、
物事をどのように捉えているのか、
己の思いはどうかと確かめているのか、
人の思いはどうかと心を寄せているのか、
己の意識を探ると己と他が見えてくる
いまよりも毎日少しずつ 意識を広げよ
毎日ほんの1mmでもよい
幅を広げてみよ
毎日ほんの1mmでもよい
高く上げてみよ
毎日意識すればよい
毎日続けたなら、やがて
己の目の前の視野が
全体に広がるのを感じられるであろう
己の意識が
上から見渡せるようになるのを
感じられるであろう
カミの意識は
どこまでも広く
どこまでも高い
こうして自他が一つとなる

how you perceive things,
whether you are checking your own thoughts,
whether you are paying close attention to other people’s thoughts,
and how you perceive things.

Expand your consciousness little by little every day.
Try expanding your width, even if it’s just 1mm every day.
